Price List

Minimums
(For Bakery Pickup & Hand Delivery only. No minimum for Shipped orders.)
- Mini Cupcakes: one dozen
- Regular Cupcakes: 1/2 dozen
Lead Time
We bake to order and request at least 48 hours notice for cupcakes and at least one week for cakes. (Theme cakes may require a little more time.) For large orders, we require a 2-5 day lead time. When ordering over the holidays, please allow an extra 1-2 days lead time. Rush orders are reviewed on a case by case basis, and incur additional fees.
Standard Pack Contents
We have standard package sizes and standard assortments for each package. Please refer to our Standard Pack Contents page. Remember, you can always create your own assortment! (Don't forget about about seasonal flavors, too.)
Shipping, Hand Delivery & Bakery Pickup
- Shipping is available for additional costs. All orders are shipped overnight or 2 day due to the perishable nature of our product. Saturday delivery and Morning delivery options are available for an additional charge. Our Shipping Days are Monday and Tuesday. (If you require a different day, please note your special request.) We do not ship same day. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We ship from our bakery in Norwalk, Connecticut to anywhere in the continental United States. Ground shipping is available only when 2 day transit time from Norwalk, CT can be confirmed by shipper. We will not be held responsible for shipments delayed by events or incidents beyond our or our carrier’s control, including severe weather conditions or incorrect addresses. Shipping rates are based on the shipment weight, box dimensions and distance from Norwalk, CT. We ship packages “No Signature Allowed,” which allows the carrier to leave the package at the destination. If you wish to require a signature, please let us know. However, requiring a signature could delay delivery if the carrier needs to return for a redelivery and therefore releases Izzi B’s from any liability or responsibility. Our cupcakes are shipped frozen in corrugated boxes lined with double-walled Styrofoam and stuffed with reusable freezer bricks. All of this material is reusable, so please reuse it! Please make sure you include the shipping destination zip code on your order form so we can give you an accurate quote. HANDLING CHARGE: There is a $15 handling charge for shipped orders containing frozen product.
- Hand Delivery is also available for an additional cost. We hand deliver in Fairfield County, some parts of Westchester and New Haven Counties as well as New York City. If you are placing an order for hand delivery, please make sure you include the destination address and zip code, if different form your own.
- Bakery Pickup: We'll call you to schedule your pick up based on your requested date on your order form.
Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will review it and call you with any questions and to get your credit card number. We will send you a confirmation email once we've processed your credit card. You can always contact us if you have questions. We love to hear from you!
Payment Options
- For Shipping: We accept all major credits cards: Visa, Mastercard, America Express and Discover. We charge an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
- For Hand Delivery & Bakery Pickup: We accept cash, checks or credit cards. (We charge an additional 3% credit card processing fee.)
Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. Refunds are not given for loss due to incorrect addresses, acts of nature or delay in shipment. Damage must be reported immeditately – please take photos! The shipping companies are much more likely to help us out of we provide them with pictures.
